I don’t see the model of my preference on your website. Is it possible to have a specific model customized?
Yes! MODELWORKS can fabricate any model based on your blueprints and photos. We only publish our most popular masterpieces like the model airplane. There are thousands of other original products that won’t fit into our website. You just need to send us images of your desired model at info@modelworksdirect.com or fill out our order form.
How do your company and products differ from models manufactured in China?
To begin with, our one of a kind models are individually made for our valued clients. You have the choice of buying one or 100 units. As an example, you can order 10 or 50 model airplanes. Models made in China are mass-produced. You cannot purchase only one, two, or three units. You can buy from Chinese retailers. Unfortunately, they do not customize their products. We can build one model in 100 different ways!
There are US and UK companies that sell customized models. How do they differ from MODELWORKS?
The majority of these foreign-owned corporations outsource their merchandise to local businesses operating in the Philippines, China, or Vietnam. They never build model airplanes or any other product. On the other hand, we have a facility operated by the owners. We work with great efficiency carefully discussing, coordinating, and counter-checking each model many times. We make it a point to directly communicate with customers regarding fabrication. Customers can talk to the owners and Master Fabricator Lincoln Uson. We treat all our clients as VIPs. That is our brand of service!

I am looking for large models for my company’s trade event. I find plenty of large-scale aircraft display models during aviation trade shows and museums. Do you have the capability to build trade shows and museum-quality models?
Essentially, MODELWORKS builds models for other enterprises. There was a time when we built a large model for one client worth US$5,000. That client was able to sell our model plane for US$10,000.
